A new mission in Kaboul

Since a few weeks, Sister Shenaz, a Sister of Pakistani Charity, has been in Kabul, capital of the battered Afghanistan, at the PBK (Pro Children of Kabul) Centre for mentally disabled children, a reality that has been going on for several years now and that simply wants to be a testimony of the prophetic presence of inter-congregational religious life even in a land, like Afghanistan, that is called to become a corner of the Kingdom of God. The sisters, who are currently three, work with 40 children with learning difficulties between the ages of 6 and 12, preparing them for state school 8-9 per year, who are always the first among their peers.
