In Sancey-Le-Long, the birthplace of Jeanne-Antide Thouret, welcome banners have been put up along the roads leading into the village, to the family home and to the basilica.
The celebrations are now just around the corner to mark the bicentenary of the passing of the Foundress of the Sisters of Charity, Saint Jeanne-Antide Thouret.
The celebrations will involve the municipalities of Sancey and Belvoir and the Saint Jeanne-Antide Institute.
