The second regional meeting of the Latin American Province was held in Paraguay from 17 to 19 July 2025. Sisters from the three communities in Paraguay, those from Brazil and some sisters from Bolivia participated, for a total of 13 sisters.
The prayers for the meeting were led by the ongoing formation team, whom we thank for their contribution. The workshops were led by psychologist Alicia Adinolffi, who patiently and generously accompanied us in our personal and interpersonal processes.
We began by drawing a map of our soul and then sharing it in small groups. We worked on our emotions, especially anger and how to manage it. We deepened our understanding of our scale of values and the degree to which we are consistent with them.
We allowed ourselves to be challenged by the sinful woman in Luke 7:36-50, recognising our vulnerability and the love of Jesus, who welcomes our pain and does not condemn us.
We ended with the Eucharist, a true act of thanksgiving for the gift of each one of us, knowing that we are on the path to fraternity from our weaknesses and limitations, together with the confidence and strengthening presence of the One who loves us.
