On the occasion of Independence Day, the entire school, from the youngest to the oldest, went to Place de l’Étoile, in front of the Parliament, to celebrate together this national event so dear to our hearts.
This celebration was the result of a wonderful initiative by Sister Wafaa Rached, which we had the joy of carrying out with our entire educational community.

The students had the honor of carrying a Lebanese flag several meters long, a single majestic flag that accompanied the entire march. This flag, a symbol of unity and belonging, reflected our students’ sincere love for their country. Through this gesture, they demonstrated their attachment to their homeland and their pride in being Lebanese.

“We were also warmly welcomed by MP and lawyer Melhem Khalaf, who expressed his joy and admiration for the beautiful image of our students gathered in Place de l’Étoile, proudly waving the colors of Lebanon.
There, the students put on an extraordinary artistic performance: they sang, danced, and recited poetry with enthusiasm and emotion, lighting up the day with their talent and energy.
This celebration was characterized by vibrant enthusiasm, bright smiles, and shared joy. The songs, synchronized steps, and commitment of our students reminded us that independence is a living value, always present, always to be preserved, and always to be passed on.
Lebanon, a millennial country that has spanned the centuries, must remain a source of pride for our children. With this celebration, we wish to remind our students that the Lebanon we love so much remains, today as yesterday, a country that we carry within us and that we must protect”.
