The journey continues…

Time flies… We are already more than halfway through the Bicentennial year. This month, we are called to focus more on some of the characteristics that defined Jeanne Antide: her trust and her deep sense of belonging to the Church, to the family of Christ!

Do we remember? God is faithful… It was 1819 and Jeanne Antide, trusting in God’s providence that never abandons us, experienced the gift of the approval of the Rule by Pope Pius VII. “You are the strong God and I rely on You alone. Do not stray from me, You yourself will be my strength and my support” (LD p. 479).

The life of Saint Jeanne Antide was always a profound and filial encounter with God, walking in the faithfulness of a God of Love, a Father God who gave her the gift of trust, the gift of seeking His Will, of knowing how to live pain with love, looking to the Cross as a true Paschal experience.
