On 14 December 2025, in Pozzaglia Sabina, the parish community, together with its parish priest Don Marco Ilari, invited the community and the Sisters of Charity to celebrate the arrival of the first religious community 75 years ago.
Present were the mayor, Mr Bruno Colio, with some members of the City Council, representatives of the Carabinieri, Don Daniele Magini, who had been present in the parish in the past, and several Sisters of Charity who had come from Rome, including Sister Maria Luisa and Sister Solange, General Councillors.
It was a rich and intense moment of celebration, beginning with Sunday Mass, sung and animated with great care, followed by a fraternal moment of refreshments shared with everyone.
With joy and emotion, the arrival of the first sisters and their mission were remembered: helping the elderly, serving the parish, and their discreet and faithful presence, which also included many walks through the streets of Pozzaglia and its surroundings.

Greetings and gifts were exchanged in an atmosphere of joy and gratitude.
Personally, I was particularly touched by the sensitivity and affection of this parish community which, through the humble service of our sisters, recognised their commitment to an ever more vibrant charity. Many expressed how valuable this help has been, hoping that this presence may continue for a long time to come.
In thanksgiving, we bless God!
