As is customary, all the communities in Vietnam gather on the occasion of the traditional Vietnamese New Year: this year on 9 February, which corresponds to 18 December in the lunar calendar.
“We organised a meeting where all the Sisters gathered to reflect on their journey of faith, their consecrated life and their mission, according to the spirituality of the Congregation, during the past year.
We gave thanks to God, expressed our gratitude to the Congregation and thanked our loved ones and benefactors who have always accompanied, supported and accompanied us.
We meditated on the graces received and on our imperfections, recognising the immense grace of God.”
This end-of-year meeting was an opportunity for the Sisters to get together, exchange New Year’s greetings and offer their thanks and requests for forgiveness for the past year.
