VOLUNTEERING AT THE THOURET FOUNDATION
The Thouret Foundation has its roots in dynamic volunteering, understood not only as action but also as a commitment to solidarity. It allows for the establishment of a relationship with others based on exchange, mutual respect, and collaboration… and this begins with who one is, one’s origins, one’s culture, and each person’s skills.
Volunteering is not just a way to be socially useful; it is also a place of learning and growth, offering a rich and formative human experience.
An opportunity to be ever more with and for others.
Training programs for international volunteering take place at its offices, in schools, in parishes, through the Foundation’s social media channels, and via word of mouth from those who have already participated in previous years.

The Sisters of Charity and Their Commitment to Volunteering
International volunteering has always been an integral part of the congregation.
It is inseparable from our very presence alongside the most vulnerable.
This mission of service to the least of these is not reserved solely for us, the Sisters of Charity. We share it with every person of good will who wishes to put their talents and gifts at the service of the most disadvantaged. We therefore pool our gifts, sharing the human, relational, cultural, spiritual, and missionary riches that these communities offer us at the local level.
