The vocational youth mission in Nova Serrana was prepared and is now being carried out by young people, adults and sisters from various countries of the Latin American Province.

From Paraguay, 50 missionaries arrived in Nova Serrana from Fernando de la Mora, Lambaré and Puerto Triunfo.

From Argentina, 5 missionaries from the communities of Villa Corina and La Plata.

From Bolivia, 15 missionaries from the community of Sucre;

From Brazil, 15 missionaries from the community of Jussara and more than 140 people from the city of Nova Serrana who participate and are part of the three parishes where the Mission takes place.

We followed with prayer and much sympathy this missionary initiative that was so engaging.

3rd Mission Day in St. John Bosco Parish

In the morning we went out to visit families in St. Euphrasia Chapel and share God’s Word and Life. In the afternoon we held a service at St. Anthony and St. Francis oratories with the younger children.

4th Mission Day, Chapel of São João Bosco Parish in Alto de Voa Vista

In the morning we visited families proclaiming and sharing the joy of the Risen Christ in small groups, and in the afternoon we shared a time of play and sharing with children through a Gospel play Lk.24:13-35.

We thank God for these days of Mission “Burning Hearts Feet on the Way”.
