Local Groups of the Friends of Saint Jeanne Antide (AJA) have resumed their formation meetings, faith sharing and service to the poor.

The Foggia Group, which serves at the city’s United Hospitals, gathered around the Eucharistic Table on Oct. 6, presided over by Father Angelico, kicked off the social year. The following meeting for the feast of St. Agostina Pietrantoni, patron saint of nurses.

The Arpino AJA Group began the pastoral year with a Eucharistic celebration of suffrage for deceased Friends and an ecological workshop “At the School of Water” with children on Saturday, Sept. 23 at the Colle Ponds for an ecological walk and concluding with a snack in garden.

The Borgaro Torinese AJA Group resumed its journey in two stages:

  1. With the parish at the shrine of Our Lady at Lourdes Grotto in Forno di Coazze;
  2. As a Group, starting with a retrospective look, giving thanks for the journey accomplished and contemplating the germs of the future, in communion with the journey of the Church.

AJA Group of Termoli started with a solidarity initiative: to contribute its material resources to provide – for one day a week – a meal even in the evening to the guests of the Caritas Canteen of Termoli: it is an initiative that fills the heart with joy.

The Termoli Group had also inaugurated the pastoral year at Our Lady of Splendor in Giulianova and the Eucharistic Miracle in Lanciano, with a day full of prayer and conviviality

In Naples Regina Coeli, AJA Group met for the Card sent by the Promoting Group to “resume the journey in the style of Jesus the Servant.”
